Andy is a Dad, Husband, (to co-host Cherie) and the General Manager of Luminate Leadership.

He's a bit of a sports tragic, fairly handy at a trivia night, and when he's not in the office or editing the podcasts, he is likely to be found on the golf course, in the kitchen or watching the latest Bluey episode.
 

After a COVID redundancy in 2020, Cherie was left without a role but was certain about 1 thing, she was passionate about continuing her career in Leadership Development as a facilitator and speaker. 

It became clear that it was time to create her own future and that was when Luminate Leadership was born.  Luminate is a Leadership development business based in Brisbane, Australia. 

Cherie’s an ESFP, a working Mum, a karaoke queen and loves to have a chat! 
Her values are courage, optimism , curiosity, kindness and connection and her purpose in life is to empower people to be their best authentic selves, so they can live a life of love and joy!
